The first GPC sanctioned 3-lift competition for 2020 is in the books for April 2020! This meet will be an opportunity for Canberra based lifters to post a qualifying total for GPC Australian Nationals in 2020. National records can be set at this meet.

All lifters MUST be financial members of GPC prior to competition day. All lifters MUST wear a soft suit for all 3 lifts. Knee wraps are allowed in raw competition.
