GPC Adelaide Cup

45 LIFTERS FOR 3 LIFT – GET IN QUICK!
This is the GPC Adelaide. This is a sanctioned event and national records can be set and broken. This competition will allow you to post a total for ranking, in order to qualify for the GPC nationals in Glenelg, June 14-16 2019
This competition requires membership with GPC Australia 1 week prior to the competition. I will be checking entrants against the membership list. You can sign up here:

As this is a sanctioned competition. Lifters will be required to wear a soft suit as well as have appropriate belts and wraps etc. The rule book can be found here:

Cost: $65 (this is paid to FPG and separate to the membership if you are not a member)

24 hour weigh in option available Saturday, 27th of October from 11:00am-2:00pm
Day of weigh in: Sunday, 28th of October, from 9:00am-10:00am
